- For prepaid orders cancelled within the valid window, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
🔁 Return & Exchange Policy
We accept returns and exchanges only under the following conditions:
- You received a wrong product
- The item is defective or damaged
- You need a size exchange (available once per order and subject to availability)
📝 Return Conditions
- Request must be raised within 3 days of delivery
- Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact
- We do not accept returns on sale items, custom orders, or used products

💸 Refunds
- If your return is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
- Prepaid Orders: Refund to the original payment method
- COD Orders: Refund via store credit or bank transfer (as per your preference)
- Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable unless the error is from our end.
